there wasn't any memories. all the good times seem to last. so what was there to remember when my life was just a blast? the rocks were exploding full of life never suffering from hunger. you never seem to age. only felt like I was younger. these were the days I never thought they'd see an end it was that trip to help another that would for ce steel to bend, broken glass filled my mouth un able to cry for help, it cleared the slate erased my tracks forced to accept the cards now. dealt, buzzing of a monitor pinching pain of embedded glass. now I log the memories, Left temporal lobe not an option. brain damage is here to last short-term. unable to function resurfacing images from the past, primitive theory I sit and query a new road open wide my choice to pick the left or right and the horse I'm going to ride Brain damage stupid , out of service is how they see me my ride is now the night train The only option so I breathe easy, Time erased in my memory. very hard to fathom. draw a blank again and again graceful dreams. I cannot have them, nightmare Flash before you every time you close your eyes. adrenaline dumps and racing hearts vanish now no surprise emotions slowly drifting as they fade into the skies, I try to keep a solid mind so no one hears my cries , erasing the memory through the day erasing pain with smiles hoping the memories when I fall asleep remain lost I exercise this tactic, log them in as trials but all is lost with racing heart and adrenaline one by one logged in my files, my cabinet door exploding full of these for Miles Will these dreams ever end? well I wake up with a smile. when will I stop piling the same recursive thought in the same mile, will it be tomorrow or will it take a while? the one thing that I truly know is that my fight get slowly dialed, I will beat the strife. I will fight through the pain. these thoughts in my mind will not be there to claim grow strength with everyday like a Pheonix rise from flame
