it was one Au a hot August night where I sang and I danced and I said to myself I'm not missing my chance I was lonely and tired of finding my way I woke up this morning and said this is the day I'm going to grab my best clothes for fun I'm hitting the bar and alone I will run through those fun clothes in a bag strapped on my sneakers gra crack the bottle of shine and lick back a beaker p got motivated by cranking a speaker said farewell to my dog and went on my way and this is how I have kids today was dancing and prancing competing with fellows again I was pissed dancing to violence and bellows sure it was fun like playing in hay my a balls soaked with sweat patrolling for stray p I was whipping and z sipping and scanning for prey and then i from the dark she came dancing my way she said hey nice moves Where'd you learn can you stay and teach me to dance and move my legs that way I said that's Carlton my legs no no other I just learned today was taught by my brother if I Carleton you would you accompany me And head down the road for some biscuits and tea from there on it was seal The night was not over after 10 biscuits I'll be damped she came over to my house are you kidding I thought this is God's forgiveness for winning nothing in life and focusing on nothing else but my business as we laughed and we giggled we got close it took a while what I thought was an inch I guess was a mile as she lay on her back I looked at her legs And as cheesy as all I said you must run on the regs she laughed And was witty and so damn pretty she rubbed both legs and said this is Chris this is Tina that was it I was hammered did I think of these lines I did not not one bit I said how are you Chris Good day Tina excuse me you two well I slip on between ya The bravest thing beyond just a chance was a craft I shall say And so is my dance it was the dance that snagged her and the pants that came off this night I got lucky with no other bids but this was the night that stuck me with kids
